Data Acquisition Systems and Software
Data acquisition systems (DAS) designed for measurement, control, electronic registration, display and visualization of technological parameters of coiled tubing, nitrogen and pumping units during well workover operations.
Our customers can order new data acquisition systems SKR43-30 and SKR45-10 with Etalon software which replace our well-known previous generation SKR43-20 DAS.
SKR43-30 Data Acquisition System
New SKR43-30 DAS has extended functionality for coiled tubing units control:
– new registration channels for working parameters;
– possibility to connect gas detector and tube inspection device;
– possibility to exchange data with external systems via Modbus;
– updated application “SKR-Archive II” allows to analyze charts and create reports on performed well jobs.
SKR45-10 Data Acquisition System
This DAS is a certified measuring tool in the Republic of Belarus and in Russian Federation. With its new Etalon software, which can be built into control system panel or installed on a separate computer, it allows to equipment all types of equipment with a measuring tool.
New system also allows to register any custom parameters measured by transducers with standard output signal:
– up to 16 channels for 4 – 20 mA (pressure, temperature, flow rate);
– up to 2 impulse channels for 386 – 3858300 impulses (depth, angle of rotation);
– up to 4 frequency channels for 1 – 10000 Hz (flow rate).
It also allows the user to set custom names and units of measurement for each channel.
All new DAS are built for harsh oilfield operation (-40…+40 С).
