FIDMASH offers unique extra heavy coiled tubing unit solutions which are getting more interest from the customers because of growing number of deep and extra deep wells, as well as continuous increase of laterals and horizontal wells.

Extra heavy mobile coiled tubing units for larger tubing diameter can be realized on double transport base only. In this case the truck chassis holds hydraulic station, control cabin, 120K or 140K injector head with gooseneck, pressure control equipment. Together with this body load set can go various reel trailers for CT diameter up to 2-7/8”. The coiled tubing reel and auxiliary equipment are installed on a special semitrailer. Hydraulic reel raise can be included for better road clearance. Also, such semitrailers can have drive and steering axles.
